Description:

Stepping Stone is looking for an Education Director who will oversee the daily operations of each classroom within the school.  As well as be a liaison between the NYC DOE/DOH and school administration.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- In charge of staff training and staff development
- Classroom and teacher supervision and evaluations
- Write and research educational materials
- Collaborate with faculty to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Ensure compliance with academic policies and regulations
- Spearhead DOE and DOH inspection visits, and ensure all requirements are met
- Communicate and coordinate with parents

Qualifications:

NYS Certification in ECE (Early Childhood Education)

Minimum Education Level: NYS Teacher Certification
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
