Pathway 1: NOVEMBER'S Series on Powerful Interactions to Build Relationships (3 Days)
In this 3 day professional development series, providers will explore three key steps to fostering powerful interactions with the children in their care. The training will highlight the impact of these interactions on brain development, introduce strategies for building a Circle of Security, and examine the serve-and-return approach. By the end of the session, providers will recognize that positive interactions form the foundation of every strong, trusting relationship.
